their middle! The fact is, it’s a little tricky to start a weight loss program.
Winter
is the time when nature compels us to add a little weight to our frame to help
keep us warm. It is not unusual to be between 5 and 10 pounds heavier during
the cold season. Of course, those of you who live in tropical climates have no
excuse for the excess baggage that suddenly showed up on your hips as the New
Year’s ball dropped from Time’s Square. Seriously, a few extra pounds are not
the worst thing.
The
bigger concern, no pun intended, is that if you already needed to lose a few
pounds and they found a few new roommates over the Holidays, you really need to
get started with a weight loss plan before Spring pops around the corner. Start
now and you’ll be ahead of the game come swimsuit season.
