Good health is easy but being sick is hard. The truth is, maintaining good health is pretty simple although reclaiming it takes patience, consistent actions and smart choices.

Answer these 4 questions and adopt these 3 important habits to help you achieve good health.

Question # One: Is the body being fed what it needs to be healthy?

Most of the standard American Diet (S.A.D.) barely qualifies as food. To achieve good health you need to eat real food, food that’s filled with life and nutrients.

Question # Two: Do you have a cork up your butt?

Many people are chronically constipated. When doctors tell you that moving your bowels once or twice a week is normal for you, they are lying. If you eat three meals a day, you should have three bowel movements daily. This is not rocket science! If you don’t believe us, watch your dog! Elimination is critical for removing toxins from the body. Left unchecked, toxin can create acne, ulcers, arthritis, even cancers.

Question # Three: Do you feel loved?

Getting healthy is a great goal but it is extremely difficult if you do not have a great incentive. Being loved is also critical to taking in good nutrition. People who take care of each other worry about them getting good nutrition. Take a cooking class with a friend or loved one and improve the health of both of you.

Question # Four: Do you enjoy your work and feel you make a contribution?

It is important to feel that you have a reason to care what level of health you enjoy. Being loved and felling that you have something important to contribute is the key to validating your goal. People who live alone and have a dead-end job often lack the drive to do the work required to get healthy.

Only you can correct your answers to questions 3 & 4 but questions #1 & 2 are easier to fix.

Eating real food has to include the elimination of some of the worst offenders. Wheat, casein, and soy are huge components of today’s diet. Wheat has overwhelmed the American public. This highly processed grain has virtually no nutrition left. Did you ever make paste when you were in kindergarten? Just add water to flour and you have it! Well, the human body is 70% water so what do you think happens when you add all of that flour? Casein is the dairy version of flour. Casein is the sticky part of milk. It is so sticky that it is used to make glue. Haven’t you ever wondered why there was a picture of Elsie the Cow on the Elmer’s Glue bottle? Soy is the most recent joke played on the American public. Farmers never feed soy to animals if they ever want them to reproduce because it causes infertility. Oops! Just cutting out those three things from your diet will go a long way to make you healthier.

It is not hard to imagine that all of that paste and glue would cause you to be constipated! Now we have the answer to the second question in the solution for the first problem. This is getting easier, isn’t it?

We know it is hard to change these things in your diet all at once, so do the best you can, and when you slip, rely on enzymes to help get them out of your systems as quickly as possible. Food Enzymes or Proactazyme are the basic full spectrum enzymes to use daily. Just pop a few extra when you fall off the health wagon. Also, Carbo-Grabbers can be an extra helper when you just can’t resist that donut or lasagna. GTF Chromium will help you resist those sweet and carb cravings. Use Stevia instead of sugar when you really want something sweet. No calories plus nutrition. What a deal!

The 3 habits you need to cultivate are be consistent, be patient, and always aim to improve all four components.
